Here at Rug Mountain we apply the distance selling regulations 2000 which clearly states a customer has the right to cancel and return their goods up to 7 days after receiving the goods.  All cancellations and return must coincide with the “Distance Selling Regulations 2000”

If you want to cancel an order prior to the goods being dispatched you will be reimbursed the full amount within 3-4 working days.

If you have received your goods and signed for them, we are happy to refund your money in full minus the delivery/return charge and a 20% restocking fee. Only direct expenses get deducted for example if your order included a free delivery, we won’t deduct any money from your refund.

If you refuse delivery because you have changed your mind on the goods, you will be liable for paying for the delivery charge back to us, that why we stress please request a free sample.

All goods must be returned as received meaning all products must be be re-packed and palletised before we can pick the goods up. Returns and cancellations can’t be accepted on special order products.

We do not recommend arranging a fitter until your flooring has been received and you are happy with it. Any costs incurred as a result of arranging a fitter before your goods are received will not be refunded.
